Section 760 IAC 2-20-37.2 - Reporting of insurance producer data

Sec. 37.2.

Issuers of qualified policies or certificates shall submit insurance producer sales data to OMPP two (2) times per year for purposes of creating and maintaining a directory of insurance producers for consumers. The format, time frame of reporting periods, and due date for data will be specified by OMPP.
