Section 760 IAC 2-20-30.1 - "Qualified rider" defined

Sec. 30.1.

As used in this rule, "qualified rider" means any long term care insurance rider qualified for sale to Indiana residents by the department of insurance as meeting standards promulgated under IC 27-8-12-7 and IC 27-8-12-7.1.
