Section 760 IAC 2-20-3 - Applicability

Sec. 3.

The requirements of this rule apply to any long term care insurance policy, certificate, or rider authorized for sale by the commissioner of the department of insurance as qualifying under the Indiana long term care program under IC 27-8-12-7.1.
