Section 760 IAC 2-20-22.2 - "Long term care facility policy" defined

Sec. 22.2.

As used in this rule, "long term care facility policy" refers to any qualified long term care insurance policy or certificate which provides coverage primarily for care in a long term care facility and does not provide coverage for home and community care.
