Section 760 IAC 2-2-3.2 - "Cognitive impairment" defined

Sec. 3.2.

"Cognitive impairment" means a deficiency in:

(1) a person's short term or long term memory;

(2) orientation as to person, place, and time;

(3) deductive or abstract reasoning; or

(4) judgment;

as it relates to safety awareness.
