Section 760 IAC 2-19-2 - Other sanctionsAuthority: IC 27-8-12-7

Sec. 2.
In addition to any other sanction provided under the laws or rules of this state, the commissioner may impose a penalty against the insurance producer who has violated the laws or rules. The penalty shall be the greater of the following:
