Sec. 11.
"Valuation Manual" means the Valuation Manual described in IC 27-1-1.5-35 and adopted by the NAIC as described IC 27-1-12.8-34(b)(1), with all amendments adopted by the NAIC that are effective for the financial statement date on which credit for reinsurance is claimed.
