Sec. 8.
(a) If a MEWA enters into an agreement with a third party administrator to provide administrative, marketing, or other services related to the offering of health benefits plans to employers in this state, the third party administrator must hold a license issued under IC 27-1-25.(b) A trustee may not be an owner, officer, or employee of the administrator.
