Section 760 IAC 1-46-10 - Administrative violations

Sec. 10.

If the commissioner, through the commissioner's designated representative, believes that a utilization review agent may have violated, or is violating, this section or IC 27-8-17, the commissioner's designated representative shall comply with IC 27-8-17-17 in investigating the complaint and, where appropriate, in imposing sanctions against the utilization review agent.
