Section 760 IAC 1-41-5 - Effective date

Sec. 5.

This rule shall become effective on March 1, 1990, and shall apply to any new applicant for a certificate of registration making application on or after that date. For administrators holding a certificate of registration prior to the effective date, this rule shall apply no sooner than the administrators' 1990 renewal date.
