Section 760 IAC 1-38.1-5.8 - "High-deductible health plan" defined

Sec. 5.8.

As used in this rule, "high-deductible health plan" has the meaning given the term under Section 223 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended by the Medicare Prescription Drug Improvement and Modernization Act of 2003.
