Section 760 IAC 1-38.1-20 - Allowable expense

Sec. 20.

Terms such as:

(1) "usual, customary, and reasonable", "usual and prevailing", or "reasonable and customary" may be substituted for the term "usual, reasonable, and customary"; and

(2) "medical care" or "dental care" may be substituted for "health care"; to describe the coverages to which the coordination of benefits provisions apply.
