Section 760 IAC 1-24-8 - Effective date of rule

Sec. 8.

Effective Date. This rule [ 760 IAC 1-24 ] shall apply to all solicitations of life insurance which commence on or after promulgation six (6) months subsequent to promulgation of the regulation.
