Section 750 IAC 3-3-1 - Purpose and applicability of rule

Sec. 1.

In accordance with the provisions of I.C. 28-7-1-24(e), the Department of Financial Institutions has caused to be established the following regulation. This regulation [ 750 IAC 3-3 ] has been promulgated to revise the formula defined in I.C. 28-7-1-24(a) with respect to reserves to be maintained by credit unions whose share accounts are insured by an agency of the Federal government, the State of Indiana or any insuring entity which is approved by the Department to insure credit union shares and whose assets are $500,000 or more and which have been in operation for more than four (4) years.
