Section 75 IAC 7-3-1 - Eligibility to be authorized as a remote notary public

Sec. 1.

(a) An applicant must meet the eligibility requirements in IC 33-42-12-1(b) and be a commissioned notary public to be eligible to register for a remote notary public authorization.

(b) There must be at least ninety (90) days remaining on the applicant's notary public commission to register for a remote notary public authorization.
