Section 75 IAC 6-1-2 - "Certificate of origin" or "manufacturer's statement of origin" defined

Sec. 2.

"Certificate of origin" or "manufacturer's statement of origin" refers to the original ownership document for a motor vehicle issued by a manufacturer and provided to the initial purchaser of that motor vehicle so as to begin the chain of ownership of that motor vehicle.
