Section 75 IAC 5-2-9 - Providing documentation to purchaser

Sec. 9.

A watercraft dealer shall provide each person who purchases a watercraft from the watercraft dealer with all documentation needed to transfer the title to the watercraft to the purchaser. The documentation must be provided within ten (10) days of the sale or delivery of the watercraft.
