Section 75 IAC 5-1-14 - "Manufacturer" defined

Sec. 14.

"Manufacturer" means a person that is engaged in the business of constructing or assembling watercraft, of a type required to be registered under IC 9-18.1-14.5, for sale to a watercraft dealer, distributor, or to the general public.
