Section 75 IAC 5-1-10 - "Dealer registration" defined

Sec. 10.

"Dealer registration" means a certificate of registration under IC 9-32-8-8 that identifies a watercraft dealer and information pertinent to the testing and demonstrating of a watercraft by the watercraft dealer.
