Section 75 IAC 4-2-2 - Certificates of origin for converted vehicles

Sec. 2.

A licensed dealer, manufacturer, converter manufacturer, or transfer dealer who converts any type of vehicle, on which a certificate of origin has already been issued, into another type of motor vehicle on which the manufacturer, converter manufacturer, dealer, or transfer dealer issues a second certificate of origin must provide both the initial certificate of origin and the second certificate of origin upon transfer of the vehicle.
