Section 75 IAC 4-1-6 - "Certificate of origin" or "manufacturer's state of origin" defined

Sec. 6.

"Certificate of origin" or "manufacturer's statement of origin" refers to the original ownership document for a vehicle issued by a manufacturer and provided to the initial purchaser of that vehicle so as to begin the chain of ownership of that vehicle.
