Section 75 IAC 4-1-26 - "Recreational vehicle dealer" defined

Sec. 26.

"Recreational vehicle dealer" means a person who is properly licensed as a dealer under IC 9-32 and who sells over fifty percent (50%) of total unit sales as recreational vehicles.
