Section 75 IAC 3-1-16 - General applicability

Sec. 16.

Any person carrying on the functions of an automotive salvage recycler is classified as an automotive salvage recycler and is subject to the licensing provisions and record keeping requirements of IC 9-22, IC 9-32, and these rules and regulations.
