Section 710 IAC 4-12-11 - Discovery

Sec. 11.

To the extent practical, any party to a proceeding shall be entitled to use the discovery provisions of T.R. 26 through 37 of the Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure upon written application to the commissioner.
