Section 71 IAC 7-4-1 - Judges to inquire

Sec. 1.

The judges shall take cognizance of driving violations and, upon their own motion or that of any racing official or person empowered by these rules to object or complain, shall make diligent inquiry or investigation into such objection or complaint when properly received.
