Section 71 IAC 7-3-12 - Feet in stirrups

Sec. 12.

After the starting gate is in motion, both feet must be kept in the stirrups until after the finish of the race, except that a driver shall be allowed to remove a foot from the stirrups temporarily for the purpose of pulling ear plugs.
