Section 71 IAC 7-1-25 - Automatically out

Sec. 25.

For stake races, if a horse is not named through the entry box at the designated time of closing, the horse is automatically out, unless the horse qualified under 71 IAC 7-1-29(i) or (j)[section 29(i) or 29(j) of this rule].
