Sec. 2.
(a) A licensed authorized agent may perform on behalf of the licensed owner-principal all acts as relate to racing, as specified in the agency appointment, that could be performed by the principal if such principal were present.(b) In executing any document on behalf of the principal, the authorized agent shall clearly identify the authorized agent and the owner-principal.(c) When an authorized agent enters a claim for the account of a principal, the name of the licensed owner for whom the claim is being made and the name of the authorized agent shall appear on the claim slip or card.(d) Authorized agents are responsible for disclosure of the true and entire ownership of each horse for which they have authority.
