Section 71 IAC 5.5-1-5 - Consent to investigation

Sec. 5.

The filing of an application for license or engaging in activities that require a license by the commission shall authorize the commission to do the following:

(1) Investigate criminal and employment records.

(2) Engage in interviews to determine the applicant's character and qualifications.

(3) Verify information provided by the applicant.
