Sec. 10.
(a) An association shall provide an equine ambulance staffed by trained personnel on association grounds on each day that the race track is open for pari-mutuel and qualifying racing or training.(b) The ambulance must be properly ventilated and kept at an entrance to the racing strip when not in use.(c) The ambulance must be a covered vehicle that is low to the ground and large enough to accommodate a horse in distress.
