Section 71 IAC 3.5-12-1 - General authority

Sec. 1.

(a) The placing judges shall determine the order of finish in a race as the horses pass the finish line and display the results on the totalizator board.

(b) At the request of the association, the commission may assign the duties of the placing judges to the stewards.
