Section 71 IAC 3-4-2 - Report to the judges

Sec. 2.

The paddock judge shall:

(1) notify the judges of anything that could in any way change, delay, or otherwise affect the racing program;

(2) report to the judges any observed cruelty to a horse; and

(3) report any other violation of these rules.
