Section 71 IAC 3-2-7 - Cancel wagering

Sec. 7.

The judges have the authority to:

(1) cancel wagering and order refunds where applicable on an individual betting interest or on an entire race; and

(2) cancel a pari-mutuel pool for a race or races; if such action is necessary to protect the integrity of pari-mutuel wagering.
