Section 71 IAC 3-14-1 - Any other person designated by the commission

Sec. 1.

The commission may create additional racing official positions as needed. Persons selected for these positions shall be considered racing officials and shall be subject to the general eligibility requirements outlined in 71 IAC 3-1.
