Section 71 IAC 1.5-1-90 - "Satellite facility" defined

Sec. 90.

"Satellite facility" means a location, other than a race track, authorized by the commission at which pari-mutuel wagering is conducted on horse racing conducted at distant locations and viewable by televised simulcasting.
