Section 68 IAC 9-5-17 - Consequences of violation of rule by a licensee or applicant for a license

Sec. 17.

Violation of this rule by a licensee or an applicant for any license may result in the initiation of a disciplinary action under 68 IAC 13 or denial of the application for licensure.
