Sec. 12.
A former member, employee, or agent may appear before the commission as a fact witness about matters or actions taken by the member during his or her tenure at the commission. The former member, employee, or agent shall not receive compensation for such an appearance other than a standard witness fee and reimbursement for travel expenses as established by statute or rule.
