Section 68 IAC 8-2-2 - Medical services and medical supplies

Sec. 2.

(a) A riverboat licensee shall have at least one (1) employee who is certified as an emergency medical technician under IC 16-31-3 and 836 IAC 1-5 on the riverboat at all times patrons are present on the riverboat.

(b) The riverboat licensee shall maintain the emergency care equipment set forth in 836 IAC 1-3-5 on the riverboat.
