Section 68 IAC 3-2-1 - Certification

Sec. 1.

(a) The department of administration, minority business development shall certify that an enterprise is a minority business enterprise or a women's business enterprise, or both.

(b) To be certified, a minority or women's business enterprise must comply with all of the requirements of the department of administration, minority business development under:

(1) IC 4-13-16.5;

(2) 25 IAC 5;

(3) the Acts; and

(4) this title.
