Sec. 3.
(a) A privacy policy shall be readily accessible to the game participant through the communication channel used to access the paid fantasy sports game. During the registration process, the game participant must agree to the applicable privacy policy.(b) The privacy policy shall state the information that is required to be collected, the purpose for information collection, and the conditions under which information may be disclosed.(c) Any information obtained in respect to player registration or account establishment shall be done in compliance with the privacy policy.(d) Any information about a game participant's account that is not subject to disclosure pursuant to the privacy policy shall be kept confidential, except where the release of that information is required by law.(e) Game participant information shall be securely erased from hard disks, magnetic tapes, solid state memory, and other devices before the device is decommissioned.
