Sec. 1.
(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), the following individuals may not participate in a paid fantasy sports game:(1) A member of the commission.(2) An employee of the commission.(3) An agent of the commission.(4) The spouse of any individual in subdivisions (1), (2), and (3).(b) A member, employee, or agent of the commission may participate in a paid fantasy sports game offered by a game operator if that person:(1) has received the written authorization from the executive director to participate in a paid fantasy sports game as part of the person's employment; and(2) is participating only to the extent authorized by the executive director.Indiana Gaming Commission; 68 IAC 26-10-1; filed 1/22/2018, 3:49 p.m.: 20180221-IR-068170224FRA
