Section 68 IAC 25-8-1 - Player and game session requirements

Sec. 1.

(a) Prior to establishing a player session, the LMGS must be able to authenticate the authorized player requesting to establish a session using the following:
(1) an electronic authentication created when the limited mobile gaming player account was established; and
(2) a login/password.
(b) If the LMGS is unable to reasonably authenticate the authorized player after three (3) consecutive attempts, the MGD must do the following:
(1) indicate on the MGD screen that the player must take the MGD to the casino attendant to reset the MGD; and
(2) disable all wagering.
(c) Upon establishing a new player session, the LMGS must notify the authorized player of the last time the account was logged in.
