Section 68 IAC 25-14-2 - Internal controls

Sec. 2.

The casino licensee shall implement appropriate internal controls to identify and prohibit the following existing limited mobile gaming player accounts from placing a wager:

(1) Voluntarily excluded patrons.

(2) Patrons on the exclusion list.

(3) Patrons with deactivated accounts.

(4) Patrons with suspended accounts.
