Section 68 IAC 25-13-2 - Internal controls

Sec. 2.

The casino licensee must submit internal control procedures to ensure that LMGS accounting records and procedures meet the requirements in 68 IAC 15-1, including, but not limited to, the following:

(1) Tax required to be paid by the casino licensee pursuant to IC 4-33 and IC 4-35.

(2) Jackpots.
