Section 68 IAC 25-1-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

(a) This article applies to casino licensees and casino license applicants.

(b) An MGD is an electronic gaming device and subject to 68 IAC 2-6 to the extent applicable.

(c) Limited mobile gaming is server-based gaming and subject to 68 IAC 2-6.5 to the extent applicable.
