Section 68 IAC 24-3-40 - Failure to comply

Sec. 40.

Failure of a licensee to comply with the provisions of IC 4-33-22 and this article may result in:

(1) the cancellation of a bout;

(2) the cancellation of an event; and

(3) disciplinary action, including license suspension, revocation, or denial under IC 4-33-22 and IC 4-21.5.
