Section 68 IAC 24-1-36 - "Prohibited drugs" defined

Sec. 36.

"Prohibited drugs" means a chemical substance that has not been legally obtained with a prescription from a licensed physician and that falls under one (1) of the following categories:

(1) Opiates.

(2) Barbiturates.

(3) Benzodiazepines.

(4) Propoxyphene.

(5) Phencyclidine.

(6) A prohibited substance identified by the World Anti-Doping Agency.
