Section 68 IAC 24-1-23 - "Laboratory" defined

Sec. 23.

"Laboratory" means a health care facility in the United States that possesses a certificate under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act of 1988 ( 42 U.S.C. 263a et seq.).
