Section 68 IAC 24-1-17 - "Ex parte communication" defined

Sec. 17.

"Ex parte communication" means communication, direct or indirect, regarding an issue the commission has or may have before it other than communication that takes place during a meeting or hearing conducted under IC 4-33 or this article.
