Section 68 IAC 24-1-10 - "Company" defined

Sec. 10.

"Company" means:

(1) a sole proprietorship;

(2) a general partnership;

(3) a corporation;

(4) a limited liability company;

(5) a limited partnership;

(6) a limited liability partnership;

(7) a firm;

(8) a club; or

(9) an association.
